• Al-Shams KUBBA (Large) stuffed with meat, raisin & almond
  • Al-Shams KUBBA (Large) stuffed with meat only
  • Al-Shams KUBBA (Mini) stuffed with meat only

Take the half-cooked KUBBA out of the freezer and remove, the inner cover (15) minutes ahead and choose one of the following methods for cooking it:

Place the KUBBA  in a deep pot half filled with boiling water and some salt, leave it for (5) minutes at medium temperature and take it out of the water, then it is ready to eat.

Place the KUBBA in a frying pan containing hot oil and fry it  at medium temperature for (5) minutes, then turn the KUBBA  to the other side for another (5) minutes.  When it becomes redish, then it is ready to eat.

Place the KUBBA in a tray rubbed with Oil.  Put the tray in an oven heated to 180oC for (5) minutes, then turn the KUBBA to the other side for another (5) minutes.  When it becomes redish then it is ready to eat.

  • Al-Shams Rice Kubba stuffed with meat and parsley.
  • Al-Shams Potato Kubba stuffed with meat and parsley.

Take the Kubba out of the freezer and remove the inner cover about (10) minutes ahead of frying it as follows:

Place the Kubba in a deep pot half filled with heated oil at medium temperature and fry it for about (10) minutes until it becomes golden, then it is ready to eat.
