COOKING INSTRUCTIONS :
Boil some pieces
of meat with itís bones, and add to it onion (big pieces),
you can also add some of the 7-mixed spices or black pepper
as required, & you can add some pieces of fresh tomato or tomato paste, when the meat is cooked put the saray Kubba ( immediately after getting it out of the freezer),and add some salt as required, leave the Kubba to cook on medium fire for (25-30) minutes, then you can add boiled chick peas (as required) to cook with the other contents for (5) minutes, then serve it in a deep dish.
